On December 17, 2008 around 1130 hours companies from the 5th Battalion responded to the area of 14th and Sturdevent for the report of a dwelling fire. Upon arrival of E40 they found a 2.5 story dwelling well involved in the rear of the structure. E35/39/40 L28 S4 and C5 worked at this box.
