On Saturday, June 13th, 2009 around 2145 hours, companies from the 9th Battalion responded to the area of Burns and Harper on the report of a dwelling fire. E46 reported a fire in the rear of a 1.5 story frame dwelling and they were stretching. L16 was placed into operation and crews performed vertical ventilation operations. Crews were pulled off the roof midway through the operation due to changing conditions. E23/46/50 L16/19 S3 and C9 worked at this fire.
